For greasy, impure skin with acne there are simple, accessible and traditional treatments for everyone, some that can be prepared in the comfort of home and that are very effective in treating this bothersome problem.
Taking into account that acne is a disease, these are in no way intended to replace medical treatment but as a valuable support and complement to any cure.
1.- Skin has to be kept clean, this will avoid blackhead formation and will help the efficiency of the specific treatments (dermatologic, phytotherapeutic, or cosmetic).
2.- Disposable, untreated paper towels are best recommended for drying.
3.- As a cleansing complement, cotton application with pure rose or hamamelis water with refreshing soothing and astringent properties.
4.- Once a week it is recommended to perform a soft, facial exfoliating treatment to eliminate the dead cells which in turn favors pore cleaning and unclogging and enhances the effect of the later treatments.
5.- Do not squeeze the pimples or the blackheads.
6.- Adopt a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, beans, fish, yoghurt to keep the intestines working at their best and favoring the toxin elimination. Avoid excess carbohydrates, meat and cheese and drink plenty of water and cleaning infusions.
7.- Avoid excess sun exposure and use sunscreen daily.
